Guest Experience Extraordinaire
While living in Fort Lauderdale, I had the opportunity to work at an amazing all-male clothing-optional resort & spa which was only a fantastic 2 block commute from my apartment. While I was initially hired on as a Guest Services Associate, I quickly took on more responsibilities & led the Guest Experience department. My skills enabled me to design & maintain the library of imagery for the hotel & spa for advertising, Guest Services staff, flyers throughout the property, signage, TV displays, original photography, etc. After an ownership acquisition & a resulting transition to new software, I was responsible for learning how to utilize the apps & software, create rules & procedures documents for coworkers, update the Chief Technologist of bugs & usability issues, & train staff on the new procedures.
